Founded in 2019 and located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Senyi Fastener Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of high-strength automotive fasteners. Covering a plant area of 5,500 square meters with 121 employees, the company has a designed annual production capacity of 8,000 tons.

We mainly produce custom high-strength automotive fasteners including bolts, nuts and pin shafts. We possess full-process manufacturing capabilities covering cold heading, thread processing, CNC machining, heat treatment, electroplating and sorting. The company has obtained IATF16949:2016 International Quality Management System Certification.

With solid manufacturing capacity and rigorous quality control, Senyi Fasteners is committed to supplying automotive customers with reliable and consistent fastener products and professional services.

We have a professional team consisting of 9 engineering and technical personnel, who have long been dedicated to the technical development of auto parts. The R&D center is capable of independent design, collaborative development and simultaneous engineering. It is also equipped with high-end equipment for process verification and failure analysis. For technical design, we mainly rely on two mainstream industrial software: CATIA and AutoCAD.
