Three professional workshops including cold forging, threading and CNC machining are fully equipped with over 80 sets of precision machines, covering fastener production from forming, threading to customized CNC processing, supporting standard and non-standard bolt & nut manufacturing.

Cold Heading Workshop

Equipment: 14 bolt forming machines, 16 nut forming machines

Threading Workshop

Equipment: 12 thread rolling machines, 17 tapping machines
Processing Range: Thread rolling M3–M14, Tapping M4–M14

CNC Machining Workshop

Equipment: 40 CNC lathes
Processing Range: Custom sizes available
